Went to Duncan by necessity (I'm a Starbucks guy) for the first AND LAST TIME today. The rude ENTIRE CREW felt it to be too extreme of a chore when we simply asked where is the latte selection on the drive up menu. My friend ordered an ice coffee Which he had to say iced 4 times. After we paid the jackass with the bad credit prison Mohawk brow beat us. He actually said "why are y'all still here?"
