Cashforlaptops.com is a scam!

If I knew they were going to scam me, I would have just sent them the laptop to be recycled without any expectation that they would keep their word about renumeration. I'm not upset about the$30 they promised me, I'm more upset that they insulted my intelligence by having a representative contact me and recite an "over-rehearsed" line that my keyboard was worn, my screen was scratched, and their were other obvious signs of wear and tear. This was/is laughable, as the laptop I sent them was used less than 10 times, was kept in a protective case and had absolutely NO WEAR AND TEAR! The problem was with its functioning that could not be repaired. I am happy to have recycled the laptop. So for that, I thank them. Whatever happened to business integrity?
