Unable to contact my account or tech services

Have downloaded numerous times the program. Unable to check my account. Or any other services. Even tech services keeps flashing and does not connect. My account is renewing for another year in a couple days. I have no way to connecte to homestead. The phone is on hold for hours... My phone bill is rising as i wait for hours. The program works and i can access it but to go to accounts impossible. To go to tech support impossible. Nothing left to do but to try this. Account name is kenebaby...
