Lottery Email, Tax Clearance Fees and Western Union Payments

On 5-17-12, I got a registered email from Facebook saying that I had won 950,000 in their online lottery and that I should contact Jon Davies of FedEx. I did, and I sent in 300.00 via Western Union to have my package delivered.

Then Doug Shulman of the IRS sent me an email saying that I had to pay a 1900 tax clearance fee. I refused the prize and asked for 300.00. Then he said I had to pay 600.00 as tax clearance, so I sent that via Western Union. After that, I got an email from him saying the IRS had a special meeting and that I had to pay the whole 1900. They said it was illegal to give me a refund. I have contacted Facebook several times to get my money back.
