Sent an Iphone 3GS to them and after being told that the quality was not "very good", the offer was reduced from $127 to $88.08, I accepted this change and was approved for payment on 7/24. It is now, 8/4, no payment has been made, emails have been sent from them indicating that they paid the account on 7/24. My paypal account is used routinely, never had a problem before using this paypal account. My hunch is that I will not be paid, and will have to file a dispute against Celltradein. My last email to their 24 hours/7 day service was titled " call me" and I provided the account number and phone number where I could reached. If someone cared they would call me immediately, rather than servicing me through email.
