Ok, I have been trying to get to straigten out a screwed up voice mail and or answering mmachine. Here is what happens. I have been divorced for one year. I have a new anwering machine with currant outgoing message that says my name, that I am divorced, ect. But whever anyone calls in, all they get is an old message that was by my ex. I spoke to a local fairpoint reprsentative that said the tec was going to fix the problem. So far no fix, been two weeks. And is embarishing, want to get on with personal life, but people and busness other calls, t still think I am single. Tried shorting number of rings before my new answering machine picks up, hopeing it would go to it directly, but no effect. If not t for internet, would go with net l0 and cell.
