I have been experiencing problem with speed. Until recently it was averaging 4 mbs slowing now to 0.23 download. I was informed that, among other things the company would significantly improve speed. There has been no improvement and i wish to get a refund. However, being an elderly lady with few computer skills i do not know how to uninstal it. There is no customer support and i cannot afford to pay for non delivery of this service.
