Ruined my day!

Booked a Valentine's day delivery with them. Paid the extra 4.99 to guarantee noon delivery to my wife.By 4pm nothing had shown, so i call them. Lady tells me she will make a call, and to hang on. 20 seconds later she tells me the florist said it was on the truck. No way she made a call that quick. I questioned her on even having made the call. 6pm I get a call from them saying that they cannot fill my order and can guarantee a Thursday delivery... What!? Are you kidding me. What about the "phone call" made saying it was on the truck? Not only are these people crooks, but they absolutely ruined Valentine's Day for my wife.
