I paid a deposit and balance of investment in late 2010 for purchase of an ATM, as the website and the salesman, a Mr Graham Tizzard, promised returns from ATM transactions as investment income (there are legitimate operators of this type of business in Australia, but ATM Cashpoint is NOT one of them).

After numerous communications over the next year and a half to find out why nothing had happened, ie. No income, no ATM and no refund, he finally stopped responding to my questions.

All he did was make excuses but nothing ever happened.

My advice is for people to NOT deal with this company or anything Mr Tizzard has his name to, as it is most likely a scam or a fraud. I have an action before ASIC (Australian Securities and Investments Corporation) now and hopefully this crook will be struck off the company register and his scam site shut down.
Again, do not invest with this company or this individual or you will lose your money. You have been warned!
