Ripoff Warning - say NO and they will still charge you!

After being told "NO" when asked if I wanted their service my account was charged $55.09 for their service. Not only that I wrote a letter canceling the other service I had ordered and it was postmarked with in the 3 day cooling off period and they received it and had it marked for cancelation on September 2, but still they charged my account $199.95 which in turn cost me $68.00 in return check fees and now I am a house payment late due to their deceptive business practices.

Please I warn all consumers to beware of this firm. As I write this they know that they are in the wrong but I have not been refunded any money. I I still am responible for the overdraft fees their practices have cause.
