I purchased a gaming set from this company. When the merchandise arrived within a 2 day period, I reported that three of the chairs had either been broken, or had pieces missing. While trying to settle that complaint eventually we opened the fourth chair and it too was not sitting as it should, it was crooked. I had relayed all the info to the company and have been met with continued e-mails stating that they will not take the set back... As of today, Learned that they have decided to send me a new chair, after I told them that i wanted the set removed. I need help with this company, they protect the manufacturer and not the client.
