I also like many others started this free trial. I rang up and they explained I still had to pay. I had money took out of my bank account for both products but they keep taking another 69 pound every month also. I haven't totalled up the cost but estimate about 220. My bank say I have to contact the company which I did and this was meant to be cancelled.
