I requested information about a loan and declined. Thought that was the end of it till i checked my bank account and they have taken 79.99 out of my account. When i rang them up they said it was their fee and i must have agreed to it. Did i heck. Is there someone higher up to complain to, this is disgusting and they shouldnt be able to get away with conning people on false advertising.
