Eceived a trial bottle of levela skincare. It did not live up to its hype. I then noticed a charge on my bank account for 89.95 which i assume is for more product. I want to return my initial free bottle and any other product i may receive and have my account credited 89.95. I can not find an address for this company other than it is located in provo, ut, nor can i find a phone number. Please help me resolve this problem.
