Clicked $10 Gold Pack but Charged $50, Refund Sought

In the game of Garden of Time I needed more gold, so I clicked on $10 for 42 gold. Instead I got $50 for 240 gold. I want my money back. I have not used the gold that I received.
I did call my bank, but they told me that I have to contact Garden of Time. The number I called, 650-543-7818, is just a recording and does not help me.
