I payed $44.03 for a hair pc. (pony tail) shipping was Fedx 2day ship. Total was $44.03 the day after I got an E-mail from them an they said my order was confirmed. 4 days later NO package was delivered so I called them at the number they show on E-mail receit an they said they don't handle the hair pc's. You have to get in touch by using the info on your e-mail which is where I got it from in the first place so we went to there main web page where I placed the order, an went to customer service only to find the same phone an same e-mail add. We sent 4 emails an made 3 phone calls. We have not received our order or can not get are money back because live opperators tell me to respond through your e_mail (squair one) My bank confirms that the funds where withdrawn 1 day after order was placed STILL NO ORDER AN NO REFUND AN NO RESPOND To my E-Mails!!!
