I noticed a $30 check was taken from my account under this name and when I called she told me there was nothing she could do about refunding the money, but I was eligible for a loan. I told her I would be taking it up with the BBB. Within 2 minutes I received a call back with a voicemail that the refund was submitted and I should have it within 15 business days, with a confirmation number.
