Received these letters stating that money needed to be sent to Sarah Nord in Carthage, Missouri as token fees in order for Lt. David Rodriguez to come home. Monies were sent to her because she was suppost to be the state agent. Money was to be sent by Western Union to her. After sending the money, the MICN number was to be forward to this Sgt Hushmail. On the letter he spelled his last name as Husmil.
