Miscellaneous

Joined Ziinga after i saw its advert on ebay and was offered a free bid, i had won a free but limited supply of bids voucher from one click on the bid button, i was then directed and unable to leave a page asking for my card details (I could not delete my account as i was barred from leaving the page) i gave in and entered the information they required. I used the website for no longer than 2 nights (left the country) as i realized it was a scam, i was the last bidder a few times and i hadn't won the iPad so i attempted the Samsung Galaxy S3 no more than 10 times and decided that this game wasn't for me. On my return two months later i have been charged the sum of £59.99 twice.

By the time of my return i had completely forgotten about that i had a Ziinga account. I noticed money had been taken from my bank account I didn't have time to sign up for automatic bids, nor would i ever as i don't have money to waste. My account actually shows that bids i had not carry out were placed (whilst i was on holiday with no internet connection so therefore could not possibly bid had i want to).

I am a student and this is money that should of payed my rent. It hurts that i was so naive, i feel very stressed that i have had to borrow money to pay my landlord.

I was told that i could not have my money back because i had used some of the credits which is not the case i have not been on the website since i left for my holiday and would not have returned had Ziinga not appeared on my bank statement.
