Cashing a money orde

I purchased a 1000.00 cash order recently & didnt utilize it and so I visited get my money-back & walmart wouldn't money it. We had 2 inspections taken method more than 2 years before & needed to settle them & these were designed to consider this from our report but didn't!!! Today I'm caught having a 1000 cash purchase & don't have any additional cash to my name. My 3 grandbabies will need to do without food today due to it. I WOn't store at walmart again & may inform everybody I interact with about that!!!
