Huddle house in dillon is extremely very unpleasant with cockroaches that crawl on clients. Administration pull sherry mcroy. Sherry mcroy is just a very selfish supervisor that only cares about her family at huddle house in dillon. I had been fired and wasn't informed of my dismissed guy to i could not are available in that we advised the supervisor sherry each day forward. Not just that sherry is allowing her kids to work there with one i understand is making greater than any employees aside from helper after he left and returned thats not right. She's allowing her kids to take days from other employees that is not reasonable. I also provide work over 40 hrs but was told that i really could not get overtime since they did not need to pay. She enables her kids to eat whatever they decides without pay. She also has sent her kids in without instruction to work when someone could not are available in. Her kids are allowed to walk behind counter and preparing meals in street clothes along. Sister-in-law can are she pleases no breaks. She enables her friend that works there to make her on-schedule. Not just that i she's moved the server out and working the days and obtaining the guidelines among her self and child. Garrulity has been given and that i experience i've been cheated. Supervisor isn't allowed to work breaks along side kids prohibited to work any 3rd on weekends. Supervisor need turn changes not unless it advantages her and family. I'm as its not right and alongside me the remaining people at huddle house in dillon. Its not fair and there's nothing being done about the problem. Customers are talking aswell and so they don't believe its right exactly how we are being treated.
