This guy paid me extra money using paypal to me just to pay his cousin's daughter hospital bill which is none of my business because we're not related AT ALL and expect me pay him back $300 worth of money. He wants me to pay him by Western Union Money Transfer and I heard people used that website for fraud... Is it true??
