Guess I'm just another sucker... Was contacted by Phil Cooper in Feb saying they had a buyer for my Time Share. Was unemployed and eager to sell at the time so it sounded like a good idea. Sent $484.00 by wire to a bank account to get the paperwork started. Sent another $200 last week to finalize it all. Was supposed to close last Friday (July 27) but low and behold, no email reply, phone not in service... I feel sick! Never been scammed before and as single mother of 2 with not much income, I'm in a bad situation right now. Was counting on the $10,000 to help us get through this hard time.
I'm in for any legal actions against this company, I do still have bank information for them if needed to assist. I do however, live up in Ontario... Please help!
