I purchased a rhoda boxed set and there were 8 faulty dvds in the package as well as several with very low volume or none at all and between episodes all of the tv commercials were included. I feel like i have been scammed big time. Several attempts to reach these people have been fruitless. Their answer was that they would contact their supplier for replacements. I think that they are their own supplier and they are fraudulent. I want to return the set but they refuse to give me anymailing info. I email them every second day to let th em know that i am still out here but to noavail, is there a legal route that we can take to get our money refunded??? I refuse to let these people get away with this especially after reading so many other similar complanints. What can we do??? Nothing is not an option for me.
