Refund Request for non performance

We paid almost $9000 for Go Navis to deliver personal items by air freight. We contracted them back in July for a service that was supposed to take approx 7 days. We asked Go Navis many times to check that our items could be shippied and were not on our prohibited list for the country of Spain prior to contracting with them and numerous times throughout the process and they said this would be fine. They contracted with UPS to ship our goods. However the goods finally got to the port of Spain in October and could not clear because the paperwork was incomplete. We have since asked for our goods to be returned and for a refund of the fee paid. Go Navis Las Vegas NV has choosen not to respond to our requests.
