Incompetence

The florida EDD program is problematic and it is actually NON-FUNCTIONAL. I've not obtained EIGHT MONTHS of unemployment benefits today, plus they have delivered me no cause, no notice, no info. After I attempt to contact the 1800 amount I'm distributed by the web site for cost issues, no body ACTUALLY replies.

My entire life has been interrupted, as a result of this I can't purchase college, my telephone bill. Or even to get my banking account from debt. The EDD shouldn't be permitted to handle people such as this, to damage their lifestyles and never provide any validation or aid, only a non-functioning 800-number that goes on the cycle of automatic selections before holding on you for "not having the ability to take your phone at this period".
