Ordered a set of "TJs" for $355.50 (cold weather survival clothing) and have been promised several times By Keats Horstman that my order would be fullfilled within a couple weeks. Usually I can't get a response at all and their web site is often on and off the internet. I had also purchased a membership for a couple months ($30.00 a month) that was supposed to gain me access to to instructional videos that turned out to not exist, and a discount of $50.00 for the TJs that was not aplied. I was also promised a free year membership because of my trouble that I have yet to see.
