Promised me a grant for money to pay off bills and supplement my income since my retirement and social security is not enough to live on. When I looked over the program I decided it was not for me to due my age and health. Called and asked for a refund and they told me it would take 6-8 weeks. Never got any refund and now most of there phone numbers are disconnected.
