I was contacted by a happy happy person named kelly lewis with united buisness merchants service, I then was handed off to jonathan charles and finally a shane michaels and given a verifacations number and then a transaction number. First a little about myself I am crippled and live alone with my dog Dudley I can't get out too well and I told them even if I could no one buys anything from a cripple. (Stop and think about this; True isn't it!) They asurred me this was not a problem they would do the selling for me and put the bucks in my account. Only 495 dollars was needed to get started. I thought I could manage this and relucklenty agreed. The next day I was called by a bubbley voice saying for only 6 grand more I would become rich. You know the old ploy "it takes money to make money." I was then handed off to a Bob Clark at network market solutions You know smooth talking would F_k his own mother. I thought setting here day after day getting meals on wheels virtually my only contact with the outside world. I thought it might fly so I agreed and he lifted the 6 grand from me. The next day I came to my senses and requested my money back as stated in the first calling with Kelly Lewis, of course he had never heard of her and e-mailed me a copy of the two pieces I had signed. I vaquely remembered this as the little bubbley voice said "sign these" and return them. I never read them. When I did read them they did not contain any part of my oral agreement. Which I talked to an attorney friend and he said an oral contract can be binding also. Anyway this company has offered me 2 grand and that is it. I feel I am an old man 78 years old crippled and I have really been scammed, so I am calling this Bob Clark (I feel this is not his real name) back and going to have my cc company give him a call.
They have not said to me how they make money but I think it is all off old fools like me. I did a little looking under this market solutions name and find their is forty leven companys under this name; I suspect alot of them are legit and this network market solutions is hiding amongst them to appear legit. I call them to the stand and prove to me they are legit and return my monies. This Bob Clark said the 4 grand was to pay rent and the light bill, computers and salaries. I say to them you don"t operate on deposits you operate on profits, You know the profit and loss accounts.
