On 07/06 I ordered the starter kit @ $ 4.95 plus fee of $. 13. The product did not work I demanded my money back. They charged me $39.95 to cancel the account. That was deducted from my Visa #. That was on 07/23. Also on that same day they charged me $99.99 for a reorder!!! I again called the money was returned to my account... Then on the same day it was deducted again!!! And still the account is not closed!!! I want it closed and $99.99 returned to my account. I don't what ANYTHING to do with this company. They have a very strange way of doing business. PLUS they are all do not speak English well at all and are difficult to understand. Thank you for your help. K. McConnell
