I applied for a loan and was never told this was a broker who would charge me £79.99 and I never gave authorization for them to take this out of my bank account. They also took another £79.99 for no apparent reason and despite numerous emails telling them I had informed the BBC who had many complaints about them they have said they cannot reimburse me the first payment but they have still not sent me the second payment of £79.99
