They claim to help people find homes claim they can find homes

I was told that if I paid $199.00 I would get help on finding a home.

I was guaranteed success and if I did not find something I would be given my money back.

It is very hard to find then especially on the internet, when I called them I was told that I had to go on the internet in order to get my refund.

But that has not happen is there anyway I can get some help with this matter.
