This just happened to me this morning. Some Indian guy barely able to understand told me I had a felony complaint against me he then stated that he worked for an attorney's office and that if I paid $300.00 to him today that the charges would be dropped.
He then told me that the police would be at my home the next day to take me to the Los Angeles county court house; where I would have to repay the loan and any cost’s associated with getting it.
I went on line and ran a check agents the phone number Lowing behold there was a lot of complaints agents them for the same kind of stuff.
