I am similar sounds like I am trying to get my $30 back that this company took out of my account and I got no loan from them. I have had a manager hang up on me. I have been promised since June 15 when they took the money out they will return to my account. I am now looking into other avenues. I am sharing what I think is their office location 159 New Dorp Place North, Staten Island, NY 10306 718-667-6300. I have asked for a corporate number and they have told me there is none. I have no hope of getting my money back but maybe if there are enough of us out there we can get our money back.
