My daughter bought and paid for a womens Barbour jacket through 'barbourjacketwomen.net, paying through GibPay.com. Payment confirmation was received, along with a tracking number. Tracking number did not work, the webiste does not register our complaint, and since then have found lots of complaints regarding these 2 companies. We have had no other contact from these companies. Outrageous. Why can nothing be done about this sort of internet fraud.
