As a fresh graduate, my parents gave me money to start. A sort of capital in terms of business. I haven’t had much in mind on how to use this well so I bought some books to enlighten me and to attend some seminars crossed my mind too.
Rumors of a 3 days seminar was spreading and was said to be hosted by a person named Dean Graziosi who actually was “knowledgeable” in the real estate business. I was so enthusiastic to join this seminar and $2000 was really expensive but I still went to this seminar. It had some good points but I would say my money was wasted. The person I thought to be an honest businessmen was a con man. How disappointing. Now I have to start from nothing. Thanks to you Dean Graziosi.
On the workshop, the most thing I did was to yawn. The three days was so sleepy. I was enthusiastic of this seminar thinking that I may be able to choose this career; the Real Estate Business. But I was wrong. It is not that I don’t have the drive to pursue this type of business, but because it was because of Dean. I was thinking that he was different from other speakers, but he was far worst. Hiding your identity on this kind of transactions as what he told as a strategy to maximize profit, was the dumbest strategy to begin with. This makes you ashamed of being a Real Estate Businessmen. You should be proud! Why hide yourself? Or maybe, you are hiding something, Dean.
