I just can't believe they did that!

I was calling a cheapoair agent to change my flight time on July 7th, but they said it is going to cost me $280!!! I said i cant afford that much, but after that the call was hung up! And later at that night i received a email says i successfully changed my flight date and costs me $280 more!!!

This is outrageous!!! I called them millions of time and they said according the phone recording that night, it was my fault and they can change the flight date back to the original. But thing is their mistakes already changed my schedule!!! I never authorized them change the flight date but they did that!!! And they said it was my fault!!!

I really hope that this website can help me gain the justice. Or anyone please let me know how to get the complaint phone number of them!!!
