I purchased USA Select Choice 4-3. My family physician wants me to see a Rheuma-tologist. Vanessa from multi plan was good enough to email me a list of doctors who take this insurance. I called three of the doctors listed on the email and all three said no, they don't accept the insurance or have never heard of them. So now I am back at square one and will have to find another provider. I have since cancelled this insurance.
