Keep your Dogs safe from Meter-Readers

One of the NGEMC Meter-Readers came to read our meter on July 24. We have two puppies in a pen and one very friendly lab on a chain next to them. The Meter-Reader grabbed a log stick looking thing and beated on the puppies pen and on our Lab. This is not the first time either. We had a lab a few years ago that one of the Meter-Reader abused the same way, she became so scared of men that we were forced to put her down. So here is my warning to current and future customers... Keep you dogs out of reach or go out-side and watch him till he leaves. Don't let this happen to your dog.
