I sent in a payment and then read some reviews about this company. (Backward process, I know). I tried to cancel the check but they used a different check number (the one they originally said they were going to use, not the one that was on the check I faxed to them). I should have cancelled both. Anyway, I also tried to cancel the reservations within the 72 hour time frame, but got no response. I then called and got a huge run-around and finally they just hung up or sent me to voice mails that were full. I am still trying to get my funds back through my bank, but it remains to be seen what will happen. Today I received a travel certificate via certified mail asking for my activation fee of $98 for two by money order only. I think I am just going to cut my losses at this point.
