My mother was browsing the internet when she thought she had won a 'prize'. She then called the number and was talked through this great prize, then told she had to pay another $900. It was a vacation to a few different locations in and around the US.
She is an elderly women who was just trying to give the family a nice holiday. After she told me about it and I looked into the company I discovered all the hidden costs, and things they DONT tell you I was shocked. I called and asked is she could get a refund, they said yes. So my mother called them a few mins later and was put onto a man who was extremely rude and hung up on her. This company is disgusting, taking advantage of people like this. I will be doing all I can to secure a refund and giving them as much grief as possible. Never under estimate the power of the internet.
