I have received the same email as the first person who filed the complaint. I have not responded to the email but did some investigating on my own and found that more than 50 or so people have received the same email and did the right thing and ignored it. I am waiting for some kind of follow up just to see how much money they request for the processing of this 10 million inherentance. I need a good laugh.
