I tried to book a holiday online with sunmaster.Co and was willing to pay the price £944 for my wife & i to go to koursaros apts in sidari, corfu... Online the flights were.£258 each. Total ££516. Acc £292. Transfers £40 for 2xpax and £96 for baggage. Making it a total of£944 but when i went on the phone to ask how much the baggage was as i could not do it online. The person i was talking to[russell]said they had this problem a couple of times during the week. Fair enough. But when i asked to book the holiday at the price onlinehe said it would be another £80. He said these things happen;. Why should i have to pay an extra£80 as if i done it online i would only have paid the £944 istead of the £1,024 he wanted me to pay...
