I deposited $500 into my account from my credit card around the 6th of July and it still has not shown up. None of their phone numbers get me to someone to talk to and they do not respond to my emails. I am now paying interest on the missing $500. I called my creditcard company to reverse the charge but it seems it will take up to 3 months to recieve a credit. I really would just like STP to handle the issue and put the $500 into my account where it is supposed to be!
