Ok, I've been scammed, against everything I was taught and warned about using my credit card and the internet... But other things have been paid and sorted without any extra payments and "membership" fees. I got sucked in to bid on a camera, and won the auction for $9.95 NZD. Then I get my credit card statement, after thinking it was all a joke because I haven't received my pink fine pix camera at all, showing Ask-Ziinga.com had taken 3 transactions for $8.70 NZD, $1.01NZD and then $120.48NZD 23 days later for my "platinum" membership I know I didn't agree to paying... And now they are taking $120.48 from my credit card for 2 more payments. I can pay $68 something if I want to cancel the membership. I went online to their chat and spoke with "April" and she cut our conversation off because I demanded a refund or the product. So I called and spoke with "Rochelle" who said I did agreed to the membership fee in the terms and conditions, which I don't remember seeing, because I know I wouldn't have signed up for the damn thing, and I don't have the camera because I didn't send proof of my ID and Credit card to them when they sent me an email. So they have taken payment, after I didn't complete the process of sending paperwork anyway... WTF...??? This is such and load of crap...!!! I just can't believe I got scammed... $130.19 already, $280.96 in the next two months or $68 something... I'm so embarassed I let this happen... Talk about dumb...!!! Will be ringing the bank now.
