Scammers!!! I got a phone call at the small business where I work on March 23, they talked me around in circles asking to verify information etc. I told them over and over again that I was not interested and was not authorized to make any agreements. They recorded something that does not add up to an explicit agreement to services and have now billed the company for $667.39 with interest and fees. I am trying to get this cleared up for my employer who says that he wants a letter from them stating that the charges are no longer valid and the invoices are cancelled. I have filed complaints all over the place, FTC, USPS, BBB etc., but I am not sure how to get the letter from the company to keep my boss and father-in-law happy.
Has anyone had any success with getting cleared up?
