My 81 yo father had an electronic check withdrawl from his bank account for $447.34. He has dementia and does not remember anyone calling requesting his bank information. The copy of the check had his first and middle names together as if it were one and the check number was from a check that he had written in 2010. At the bottom of the check it said no signature required.
