Capital choice rip off!

Well i usually throw credit card approvals out as soon as i get them, ive recieved so many over the past year, but never with this kind of limit. I applied for the card once i recieved the papaer in the mail that says: your guranteed 5,000 dollars!!! No if ands or buts about. Well there is a real big but... Where the heck is my card. I tried to find the company online i sent them email, they said they do not apply to the question. PLESE HELP ME.$43 dolllars was taken out of my checking account. I wouldnt have minded as long as they follwed through with there deal. CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT I SHOULD DO NEXT?
