I was notified by Norton to renew my subscription. I did on 6/15 by credit card and on 6/21 I was asked to do it again. I thought it went through the first time but because no receipt was issued after inputting my cc number I thought maybe it didn't take. I got charged a second time on 6/21. They used my credit card.
