They offered me a loan of £5000 with a payment plan over 48 months of £118. Sterling.
They asked for the first payment upfront of £118. After which the loan would be in my bank account in 30. Minutes. When the money failed to arrive I was told I had to pay a further £200. I refused to pay this but eventually they reduced this down to £150. Which I paid and was told the funds would be tranfered immediatley. The funds didnt arrive iphoned again and was told a further payment of £200 was required for registration. I have refused to pay this or any furthger amounts requesting a full refund of my £268. I was told i had to pay a cancellation fee of £148 which I refused. After further phone calls they have rteduced the fee down toi £50 which I have refused to pay.
I have check on the Office of Fair trading site and found the owner is a (personal information removed)
